Signs of Depression may include:

Persistent sadness and hopeless mood

Sleeping too much or having difficulty sleeping
Over-eating or lack of appetite
Low self-esteem or feelings of guilt

Lack of interest or pleasure in activities

Signs of Anxiety may include:

Excessive worry
Feeling restless or irritable

I will draw from many theories and techniques, to craft treatment for your specific needs. If medication is warranted I can arrange for psychiatric consultation.
